Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a secure environment for both clients and employees through vigilant loss prevention and security protocols
- Serve as a Tiffany brand ambassador and primary point of contact for clients, delivering memorable in-store experiences
- Support store sales operations and client relationship management to drive lifetime loyalty and spending
- Execute opening and closing procedures, daily security inspections, and equipment maintenance
- Coordinate with Senior Security Officer and management to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergency situations
- Implement Incident Management Program procedures and ensure adherence to all security systems and protocols
- Maintain and monitor security systems, alarm tests, access controls, and key management
- Provide facilities support, including coordinating repairs and communicating with store team members
- Optimize hospitality standards and store amenities to create unique client experiences
- Execute and act upon Tiffany Experience Initiative (TEI) performance metrics and client feedback
Qualifications
- Valid Security License
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer proficiency
- Authorization to work in Canada
- Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- One year of prior experience in a security-related position (preferred)
- Experience in retail or security environments (preferred)
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience, with at least one year in a security-related position preferred. Demonstrated experience in a retail or security environment strongly valued.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent educational qualification required. Valid Security License mandatory.
