Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain a secure environment for both clients and employees through vigilant loss prevention and security protocols
  • Serve as a Tiffany brand ambassador and primary point of contact for clients, delivering memorable in-store experiences
  • Support store sales operations and client relationship management to drive lifetime loyalty and spending
  • Execute opening and closing procedures, daily security inspections, and equipment maintenance
  • Coordinate with Senior Security Officer and management to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergency situations
  • Implement Incident Management Program procedures and ensure adherence to all security systems and protocols
  • Maintain and monitor security systems, alarm tests, access controls, and key management
  • Provide facilities support, including coordinating repairs and communicating with store team members
  • Optimize hospitality standards and store amenities to create unique client experiences
  • Execute and act upon Tiffany Experience Initiative (TEI) performance metrics and client feedback

Qualifications

  • Valid Security License
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Authorization to work in Canada
  • Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • One year of prior experience in a security-related position (preferred)
  • Experience in retail or security environments (preferred)

Experience
