Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a secure environment for clients and employees, serving as the first point of contact for Tiffany clients.
- Support store operations to achieve sales plans and deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty.
- Consistently deliver memorable in-store experiences as a Tiffany brand ambassador.
- Execute best practices in hospitality and store amenities, optimizing client experiences based on feedback.
- Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service.
- Collaborate with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergencies.
- Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through daily inspections and report submissions.
- Carry out operations tasks including opening and closing procedures.
- Assist with facilities repairs and communicate effectively with the store team.
Qualifications
- Valid Security License
- High School Diploma
- Authorization to work in Canada
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in a retail or security environment, with at least one year in a security-related position.
Education
High School Diploma
