Tiffany & Co. seeks a Loss Prevention Professional in Edmonton (West Edmonton Mall) to protect clients and assets while delivering exceptional service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients and employees, serving as the visible security presence and first point of contact in-store.
- Act as a Tiffany ambassador to deepen client relationships, support sales objectives and consistently deliver the Tiffany Experience.
- Execute and enforce security controls and procedures, including alarm testing, key access, daily inspections and incident reporting.
- Partner with the Senior Security Officer and store management to deter theft, investigate missing assets and implement incident management protocols.
- Perform store operations tasks such as opening and closing procedures and support back-of-house controls to protect inventory.
- Coordinate with facilities on repairs and building maintenance; escalate operational issues to the store team as required.
Qualifications
- Valid security licence for the jurisdiction where the role is based.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer proficiency for reporting and systems checks.
- Availability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in security, loss prevention or a retail security environment (preferred at least one year in a security-specific role).
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
