Tiffany & Co. seeks a Loss Prevention Professional in Edmonton (West Edmonton Mall) to protect clients and assets while delivering exceptional service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients and employees, serving as the visible security presence and first point of contact in-store.
  • Act as a Tiffany ambassador to deepen client relationships, support sales objectives and consistently deliver the Tiffany Experience.
  • Execute and enforce security controls and procedures, including alarm testing, key access, daily inspections and incident reporting.
  • Partner with the Senior Security Officer and store management to deter theft, investigate missing assets and implement incident management protocols.
  • Perform store operations tasks such as opening and closing procedures and support back-of-house controls to protect inventory.
  • Coordinate with facilities on repairs and building maintenance; escalate operational issues to the store team as required.

Qualifications

  • Valid security licence for the jurisdiction where the role is based.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer proficiency for reporting and systems checks.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada.

Experience
