Tiffany & Co. Learning & Development Specialist in New York—coordinate learning programs, leadership development, and employee engagement across global teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of virtual and in-person learning programs that foster engaging, inclusive, and impactful learner experiences
- Prepare program materials, facilitator resources, multimedia content, and participant guides that enhance learning effectiveness
- Partner with the Learning & Development team to continuously refine learning content and resources to meet evolving business and learner needs
- Facilitate selected workshops and learning experiences, contributing to positive and engaging participant outcomes
- Draft professional communications to participants, leaders, and HR partners while managing enrollment, attendance tracking, and program administration
- Coordinate nomination processes and stakeholder engagement to ensure streamlined and positive participant experiences
- Maintain accurate program data and utilize participation, engagement, and effectiveness metrics to generate meaningful insights and recommendations
- Support feedback collection and evaluation processes to identify opportunities for strengthening learning outcomes
- Serve as liaison with vendors and external partners, managing schedules, contracts, payments, logistics, and operational details
- Coordinate delivery of signature experiences including Essence of the Blue Box immersion program for senior leaders
- Support engagement, inclusion, volunteer, and Employee Resource Group initiatives strengthening organizational connection and belonging
- Prepare Global Learning & Development monthly zone calls with thoughtful agenda planning, communication, and cross-regional knowledge sharing
- Support budget administration including expense tracking, reconciliations, and forecasting for Global Learning & Development and DEIB initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Hospitality, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in learning & development, talent development, human resources, hospitality, event coordination, or employee experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting the delivery of learning programs, workshops, leadership development initiatives, or employee engagement experiences
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through
- Proven ability to coordinate events, programs, and complex logistics while maintaining high quality standards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups
- Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in fast-paced, high-performance environments
- Proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools including SharePoint, Excel, Miro, and presentation software
- Collaborative mindset with ability to build trusted relationships across functions, levels, and regions

Experience
