Role & Responsibilities

- Execute laser engraving operations on Tiffany & Co. products, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Perform preventative maintenance on engraving equipment.
- Conduct problem-solving, adjustments, and minor repairs in collaboration with the tool room.
- Inspect products for quality assurance, focusing on dimensional, aesthetic, form, fit, and function features.
- Engage in new product development and propose continuous improvement opportunities.
- Develop part-specific 2D and rotary programs from custom artwork and fonts.
- Train other operators in laser engraver setup and operation.
- Participate in 5S activities to maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Successful completion of Tiffany & Co. personalization skill test
- Proficiency in verbal and written English
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
