Tiffany & Co. Paris apprenticeship: Junior Cost Controller for Store Planning Europe. One-year apprenticeship beginning September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Request quotations from multiple suppliers and manage procurement and tendering processes for store planning projects
- Raise purchase orders (POs) and purchase inquiry documents (POIs) in the store planning system
- Coordinate communication between cost managers and local accountants across European markets
- Track and process invoices monthly, ensuring payment processing and monitoring payment status
- Support cost managers in new vendor creation and ensure compliance with Source to Pay procurement processes
- Maintain and analyze master database for CAPEX cost control across Europe, including data collection and validation
- Prepare supplier documentation packages in accounting format and develop project benchmarks based on recent initiatives
- Assist with meeting minutes documentation and project roadmap updates for store planning management
- Manage material sample tracking and logistics
- Conduct weekly meetings with cost manager to prioritize support activities and ensure all European invoices are paid within 30-day terms
Qualifications
- Enrolled as a student in Building Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Project Management, Cost Management, or equivalent program
- Advanced or intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel with willingness to advance technical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Genuine interest in construction and retail environments
- Fluent English language skills

Experience
Beginner-level candidates are welcome; enrollment in a relevant academic program is required. Prior construction or luxury retail experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Student currently enrolled in a Building Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Project Management, Cost Management, or equivalent academic program.
