Tiffany & Co. Jewelry Repair Apprentice in Milano – 6-month temporary internship in jewelry workshop restoration.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the jewelry technician in executing daily laboratory activities and technical operations
- Perform jewelry restoration techniques on Tiffany & Co. pieces including cleaning, polishing, soldering, sizing, machine engraving, and platinum work
- Assist the Customer Service team in managing requests and inquiries from retail locations
- Manage shipments in accordance with company service standards and timelines
Qualifications
- Diploma in technical jewelry craftsmanship or equivalent formal training
- Fluent Italian language proficiency
- Good working knowledge of English
- Prior experience in a jewelry workshop or goldsmith laboratory (preferred)
Skills
Experience
Beginner level; prior experience in a jewelry laboratory is a plus but not required.
Education
Diploma in technical jewelry craftsmanship (scuola tecnica orafa) or equivalent formal training in jewelry repair and restoration.
Workplace
This position is based in Milano, Lombardy, Italy.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 1,000 per month.
Benefits
Monthly allowance of €1,000 gross; restaurant vouchers of €8 per meal.
