Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in a multi‑week learning programme (in‑person and virtual) and a curated design challenge led by Tiffany & Co. and CFDA.
- Develop original jewelry concepts and finished prototypes that demonstrate technical mastery, material understanding and creative innovation.
- Collaborate with Tiffany’s Design department during a 12‑month paid fellowship to contribute to design projects, research, and product development.
- Engage in mentorship sessions, present work for critique, iterate designs based on feedback, and meet programme milestones and deadlines.
- Document process and maintain a professional portfolio and presentation materials for review by the selection committee and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of professional experience in jewelry design, metalsmithing, or a closely related creative practice.
- A strong, contemporary portfolio of original jewelry work demonstrating technical skill, material knowledge and conceptual rigor.
- Availability to attend in‑person sessions in New York (October 6–8, 2026) and virtual programme dates October–January, and to commence a 12‑month fellowship in Spring 2027.
- Ability to complete both application components: online submission and video interview through iCIMS by 11:59 P.M. EDT on June 1, 2026.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of professional experience in jewelry design, metalsmithing, or related studio practice; demonstrated experience producing finished pieces and working to production or exhibition standards.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Jewelry Design, Metalsmithing, Fine Arts, Industrial Design or equivalent professional experience; formal training in gemology or metals processes is advantageous.

The base compensation for this position is USD 100,000 per annum.
