Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the Tiffany & Co. jeweler training program to learn the creation and repair of fine jewelry using precious metals.
- Adhere to Tiffany & Co. quality and production standards.
- Consistently follow safe work procedures and promote a culture of safety by suggesting improvements and reporting incidents.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment, maintaining a positive and respectful workplace.
- Comply with all Tiffany & Co. policies and procedures while upholding professional conduct.
- Engage in all assigned tasks and team requirements, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated hand dexterity as assessed by a bench test.
- Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong hand-eye coordination.
- Successful completion of a background check.
- Eagerness to acquire new skills and knowledge.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Capability to remain seated for extended periods.
