Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in the Tiffany & Co. jeweler training program to learn the creation and repair of fine jewelry using precious metals.
  • Adhere to Tiffany & Co. quality and production standards.
  • Consistently follow safe work procedures and promote a culture of safety by suggesting improvements and reporting incidents.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment, maintaining a positive and respectful workplace.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated hand dexterity as assessed by a bench test.
  • Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination.
  • Successful completion of a background check.
  • Eagerness to acquire new skills and knowledge.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions.
  • Capability to remain seated for extended periods.
