Jeweler Setter Trainee at Tiffany & Co. in Cumberland – eight-week training program in precious jewelry setting and craftsmanship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Work safely at all times by consistently following safe work procedures and all safety protocols required at the worksite
- Promptly report all incidents and safety issues to supervisor or manager
- Participate in Tiffany & Co. jeweler training program, learning to create and repair precious jewelry using precious metals and gemstones while adhering to company quality and production standards
- Transition skills learned to setting precious stones
- Work effectively in a team environment while maintaining a positive and respectful workplace
- Comply with Tiffany & Co. policies and procedures while maintaining professional conduct
- Participate in and carry out all assigned training tasks and team requirements
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate in English with all levels on a daily basis
- Ability to be trained in jeweler techniques and processes
- Ability to read blueprints and understand quality requirements
- Ability to be flexible and work both as part of a team and independently
- Ability to work in a production environment
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English

Experience
Entry-level. No prior jewelry or manufacturing experience is required; however, previous experience working with fine jewelry is preferred.
Education
High School diploma or GED preferred.
