Role & Responsibilities
- Execute product repairs according to Tiffany & Co.'s quality and design standards using provided materials, equipment, and tools
- Complete assigned service orders within established procedures and lead times, including repair execution and cost estimation
- Continuously update knowledge of product information, manufacturing techniques, and repair methodologies while identifying new technologies to enhance quality, safety, and productivity
- Actively share technical expertise with team members and collaborate closely with colleagues and management on problem-solving and process improvement
- Participate in team projects as assigned
- Manage equipment setup and maintenance, as well as order and inventory control of repair supplies
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of professional jewelry repair experience
- Formal education or professional background in jewelry-related disciplines
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and systematically in team environments
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision in manual work
- Clear and effective communication skills
- No restrictions on international travel
