IT Infrastructure Specialist at Tiffany & Co. in Seoul. Support critical infrastructure, manage networks and servers, and ensure IT operations stability and security.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level support for critical infrastructure incidents, including performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term solutions
- Proactively monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure components such as servers, networks, and storage systems
- Participate in the design, planning, and implementation of new infrastructure projects and upgrades
- Lead or coordinate the migration, testing, and configuration of new infrastructure components
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure systems, configurations, and procedures
- Collaborate with other IT teams including network, security, and application development to ensure seamless operations
- Work with external vendors for infrastructure-related services and solutions, including coordination of vendor engagement and contract management
- Provide on-call infrastructure support and participate in after-hours rotations as required for critical incidents
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of professional experience as an IT Infrastructure Specialist or similar role
- Demonstrated proficiency with current IT infrastructure technologies and architectures
- Strong expertise in network fundamentals including TCP/IP, routing, switching, and firewalls
- Technical proficiency with Cisco/Meraki networking equipment
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365
- Hands-on field service and installation experience for infrastructure hardware
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools for infrastructure performance and health assessment
- Fluent English and Korean language skills for technical documentation and stakeholder communication
Skills
Experience
2–3 years of hands-on experience as an IT Infrastructure Specialist or equivalent role, with demonstrated proficiency in managing enterprise IT infrastructure, performing infrastructure troubleshooting, and coordinating complex system implementations and upgrades.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent job-related professional experience demonstrating equivalent technical competency.
