Tiffany & Co. Japan seeks an IT Infrastructure Manager in Tokyo — lead infrastructure and service desk teams, retail IT projects and security.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor and manage teams responsible for IT infrastructure and service desk operations across corporate offices and retail stores.
  • Develop and execute an IT infrastructure and service desk strategy aligned with Tiffany US HQ and LVMH Group objectives.
  • Design, propose and deliver infrastructure solutions for office and store projects, including network, server and cloud initiatives.
  • Drive projects to improve network performance, server optimisation, cloud adoption and overall system availability, reliability and scalability.
  • Oversee IT security and compliance measures, implement risk controls and ensure adherence to relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Manage vendor relationships: procure hardware/software, negotiate contracts and ensure SLAs are met.
  • Control and allocate infrastructure budgets and resources to meet operational and project objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate technical requirements into business outcomes and convey technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; advanced degree or certifications in IT management preferred.
  • Minimum five years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure and service desk management with a track record of delivering complex projects on scope, budget and schedule.
  • Proven experience with retail outlet infrastructure and network implementations preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment.
  • Strong understanding of security, compliance and risk management principles and their application to retail and corporate IT landscapes.
  • Advanced or native level of Japanese and advanced level of English.
