Tiffany & Co. Japan seeks an IT Infrastructure Manager in Tokyo — lead infrastructure and service desk teams, retail IT projects and security.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and manage teams responsible for IT infrastructure and service desk operations across corporate offices and retail stores.
- Develop and execute an IT infrastructure and service desk strategy aligned with Tiffany US HQ and LVMH Group objectives.
- Design, propose and deliver infrastructure solutions for office and store projects, including network, server and cloud initiatives.
- Drive projects to improve network performance, server optimisation, cloud adoption and overall system availability, reliability and scalability.
- Oversee IT security and compliance measures, implement risk controls and ensure adherence to relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Manage vendor relationships: procure hardware/software, negotiate contracts and ensure SLAs are met.
- Control and allocate infrastructure budgets and resources to meet operational and project objectives.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate technical requirements into business outcomes and convey technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; advanced degree or certifications in IT management preferred.
- Minimum five years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure and service desk management with a track record of delivering complex projects on scope, budget and schedule.
- Proven experience with retail outlet infrastructure and network implementations preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment.
- Strong understanding of security, compliance and risk management principles and their application to retail and corporate IT landscapes.
- Advanced or native level of Japanese and advanced level of English.

Minimum five years' experience in IT infrastructure and service desk management, including delivery of infrastructure enhancement and retail IT projects.
Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or IT management certifications preferred.
