International Complex Order Processor at Tiffany & Co. in Queens, NY. Process global repair and parts orders with strong operational expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming packages on log within established time frames and production standards
- Process, expedite, and communicate on international repairs performed externally according to established guidelines
- Accurately enter invoices for outgoing repairs and parts transactions
- Manage parts orders to global locations to ensure processing according to established schedule and turn times
- Accurately transact parts within JDE both systematically and physically
- Act as liaison between Service Center, international locations, and internal customers, responding professionally to communications in timely manner
- Proactively collaborate with management on repair service issues and customer escalations
- Communicate workflow effectively through updating memos and following up on orders, including those awaiting other departments
- Provide cross-functional support to colleagues in Material Operations and Inventory Control
- Assist management with projects, flex assignments, and ongoing tasks to meet business needs
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with responsible parties
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree
- Minimum 2 years of jewelry experience
- Minimum 3 years of business experience with strong operational background
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong English language verbal and written communication skills
- Strong initiative and ability to work without constant direction
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- High ability to collaborate, build strong business relations, and influence without direct authority
- Ability to shift tasks to meet daily business needs

Experience
