Tiffany & Co. seeks an In-Store Retail Intern in Milan, Italy for a paid 3-month summer internship (June–August 2026).
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the store team in delivering exceptional client experiences: welcome clients, assist Client Advisors during sales, and ensure high standards of service.
- Learn and apply CRM and clienteling practices to help build and maintain lasting client relationships.
- Provide back-office support across daily store operations, including administrative tasks, inventory assistance and basic merchandising duties.
- Shadow and collaborate with sales and operations colleagues to understand the end-to-end in-store workflow.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to develop product knowledge and service techniques.
- Contribute to maintaining visual standards and floor readiness under the supervision of store leadership.
Qualifications
- Entry-level candidate; suitable for current students or recent graduates.
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) across the program period: June–August 2026.
- Legal right to work in the chosen location; candidates for Istanbul must hold the necessary visa/permit.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a polished client-facing manner and a genuine interest in luxury retail and jewellery.
- Fluency in the local language of the chosen boutique is advantageous.

Experience
Beginner. The position is intended for candidates with little to no prior professional retail experience; enthusiasm for luxury retail and eagerness to learn are the primary requirements.
Education
Enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree or diploma in business, fashion, marketing, communications or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
