Tiffany & Co. seeks an In‑Store Retail Intern in Bologna, Italy — paid 3‑month summer internship (June–Aug 2026) in luxury jewellery retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the store team in daily front‑of‑house activities: welcome clients, assist Client Advisors during sales, and ensure an exceptional in‑store experience.
- Learn and apply CRM and clienteling practices to contribute to client follow‑up and relationship building.
- Provide back‑office support including stock handling, administrative tasks and assisting with store operations behind the scenes.
- Shadow and collaborate with colleagues across shopfloor functions to understand end‑to‑end luxury retail workflows.
- Adhere to brand presentation, visual standards and store policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a tertiary programme (business, retail, fashion, hospitality or related) or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrable interest in luxury retail, jewellery and watches.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanour.
- Availability to work full‑time (40 hours/week) across the stated June–August period, including weekends.
- Right to work in Italy for the duration of the internship.
