Tiffany & Co. seeks an In-Store Operations Coordinator in Istanbul for permanent retail operations management including inventory, client service, and store administration.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive merchandise and prepare transfers to other store locations
  • Ensure store inventory accuracy and availability to optimize client service, including Carnet merchandise and Travel Collections
  • Monitor daily high-value counts and maintain returns reports
  • Lead and coordinate cycle counts, physical inventory preparation, and annual physical inventory
  • Lead and coordinate price changes, merges, re-classifications, and ticket changes
  • Process merchandise requests and follow up on special orders and back orders
  • Provide superior post-sales client service including repair and engraving order management
  • Monitor and complete repair and engraving orders in a timely manner with estimates as needed
  • Conduct scheduled cleaning and inspection of store inventory to support visual merchandising
  • Assist on the sales floor while delivering the Tiffany Experience
  • Partner with sales team to process merchandise orders in accordance with procedures
  • Assist with planning and coordinating store events
  • Process marketing-specific merchandise requests such as press shooting materials
  • Manage all store supplies including sundries, packaging, and hospitality
  • Track invoice approvals and verify daily inventory reports
  • Function as liaison with facilities and IT; follow up on audit issues and manage record retention
  • Perform daily cashier functions including accounts payable and cash-related tasks
  • Act as Security and Health & Safety liaison for the store
  • Maintain and implement operational support systems including inventory and supplier ordering

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience in in-store retail operations
  • Comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • IT knowledge
  • Organized and detail-oriented mindset
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work well with clients, peers, and management
  • Ability to understand and adhere to Tiffany & Co. standards
  • Ability to manage project work and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to perform different tasks based on business needs
  • Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
