Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across core HR functions including onboarding, benefits, payroll coordination, and employee documentation.
  • Prepare employment letters and support employee documentation requests.
  • Perform systems data verification to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Process HR-related invoices and maintain proper documentation.
  • Assist with onboarding logistics and preparation for retail and corporate hires.
  • Help track and update headcount reports, organizational charts, and HR dashboards.
  • Assist with HR projects and engagement initiatives that support company culture and DEIB efforts.
  • Support Health & Safety initiatives, including documentation and tracking safety metrics.
  • Contribute to the creation of HR tools and resources for store teams.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a college/university degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Ability to work primarily on-site in an office environment, with occasional visits to retail stores.

Experience

Beginner level experience, with previous internship or co-op experience in HR, retail, or corporate environments preferred.

Education
