Tiffany & Co. seeks temporary HR Advisor in London to support UKI and Nordics teams across Employee Relations, Onboarding, and People Development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively drive employee engagement initiatives and coordinate training sessions, development programmes, and learning initiatives in partnership with the Learning Team
- Support managers in defining development plans and identifying growth opportunities for team members
- Draft contracts, amendment letters, and references while coordinating seamless onboarding experiences for new hires
- Provide first-line guidance to managers on Employee Relations processes, policies, and best practices, escalating complex matters appropriately
- Conduct regular HR store visits across UKI to maintain strong relationships with Store Managers
- Manage HRIS updates for joiners, leavers, probation tracking, and employee changes
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and benefits administration with the Payroll & Benefits Partner
- Contribute to people, culture, and leadership projects while supporting data analysis and reporting
- Support DEIB and CSR initiatives aligned with cluster and EMEA priorities
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of HR advisory experience with direct accountability for a dedicated client group
- Solid, working knowledge of UK employment legislation
- Hands-on experience within a retail or consumer-facing setting
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong project management capabilities
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR administration processes

Minimum 3 years of HR advisory experience in a fast-paced environment, with proven track record of managing a dedicated client group. Background in retail or consumer-facing settings is preferred.
Education
