Tiffany & Co. seeks an HRIS Analyst in New York to manage HRIS data, reporting and commissions for North America.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain HRIS data integrity for North America by processing employee data changes, mass updates and organisational changes.
- Perform day-to-day HR admin activities including system/data maintenance, interface processing, troubleshooting and workflow support for employee lifecycle events.
- Partner with HR and IT to define and implement HRIS best practices, system requirements and process improvements.
- Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HR transactions, audits and data checks.
- Support annual and recurring global HR processes such as Individual Compensation Review (ICR), Performance Management Process (PMP) and Open Enrollment.
- Prepare, validate and reconcile people and compensation data between HRIS, commission systems and downstream reporting tools.
- Analyse HR and compensation datasets to surface trends, anomalies and data quality issues; deliver clear insights to HR, Total Rewards and business stakeholders.
- Support commissions and incentives administration including data preparation, validation, audit support and issue resolution.
- Respond to business queries (including login and data setup issues) in a timely manner and provide user support and training as needed.
- Contribute to ad hoc reporting and dashboard requests using business intelligence tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HRIS, HR operations or HR analytics experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data to technical and non-technical audiences
- High level of professionalism with demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving/judgement skills
- Client-centric mindset with a proactive and process-improvement orientation
- Working knowledge of HR principles, processes and policies

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience supporting HR systems, HR operations or HR analytics, including exposure to compensation/commission processes and data reconciliation.
