Role & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive HR administrative support to the retail population, serving as the primary point of contact for benefits, policies, procedures, and leaves of absence inquiries
- Address employee questions regarding benefits packages and facilitate clear understanding of benefits offerings
- Plan and execute meaningful employee engagement initiatives that foster positive workplace culture and align with company values
- Manage the full onboarding process, including generation of offer letters, background check coordination, and maintenance of accurate employee files in compliance with company procedures
- Track and analyze staffing, retention, turnover, and exit interview data to provide insights for talent management discussions
- Support employees through the leaver process whilst maintaining timely communication with relevant stakeholders
- Maintain and review internal headcount records, organizational charts, and HR data trackers for accuracy
- Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies in partnership with HR Business Partners and corporate partners
- Participate in monthly Health & Safety meetings, serve as primary contact for workers' compensation claims and return-to-work plans, and track H&S metrics
- Champion and support meaningful DEIB initiatives that positively impact organizational culture and brand
- Foster collaborative relationships with retail leadership to identify business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Support full-cycle recruitment for retail non-exempt positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate experience management
- Lead or support talent acquisition special projects including career fairs, hiring events, and seasonal recruitment initiatives
- Manage LVMH rehire eligibility verification and maintain Recruitment Activity Tracker documentation
- Provide support to workplace investigations through research, scheduling, and administrative coordination
- Create and maintain performance management trackers for PIPs, corrective actions, and development activities
- Prepare memos and agreements as required and provide employee relations reporting support
Qualifications
- Minimum two to three years of HR specialist experience, ideally within the luxury retail sector
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with demonstrated expertise in Excel and PowerPoint

Experience
Minimum three years of HR specialist experience, preferably within luxury retail environments. Demonstrated track record of managing HR administration, talent acquisition, and employee relations functions.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
