Tiffany & Co. seeks HR Senior Executive – Business Partner in Seoul to lead retail talent strategy, recruitment, and employee development for the luxury retail organization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner to Retail leaders, providing guidance on talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and people initiatives
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for retail positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer development, and onboarding
- Run performance management cycles for the retail population—goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end evaluations, and calibration exercises
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment plans and build talent pipelines for current and future staffing needs
- Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management, employee development, change management, and difficult workplace conversations
- Coordinate and deliver talent development initiatives, including Career Compass programs, leadership development, and internal mobility
- Support workplace investigations, policy interpretation, and employee relations matters in a compliant and fair manner
- Utilize workforce data and HR metrics to inform hiring, talent, and organizational decisions
- Coordinate culture and engagement initiatives, translating employee feedback into actionable improvements
- Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and calibration activities to promote consistency and fairness across retail operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partnering and full-cycle recruitment responsibilities
- HR experience supporting retail populations within luxury retail environments
- Deep understanding of talent strategy, employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, and organizational effectiveness
- Proven track record of building and maintaining effective relationships with employees, managers, and cross-functional partners
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage complexity, drive process improvements, and meet operational deadlines

Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partnering and full-cycle recruitment responsibilities. HR experience supporting retail populations within luxury retail environments is highly preferred.
