Tiffany & Co. — HR Intern in Shanghai (Jing'an): support full‑cycle recruitment, store hiring and employee events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment team across the full hiring cycle for internship roles: create and publish job postings, screen CVs, coordinate interviews and manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist with store sales recruitment, including candidate sourcing and interview scheduling for retail roles.
- Maintain and update employer content on external recruitment platforms and local job boards.
- Prepare and issue HR-related documents and employment confirmations as required.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities: design posters, track attendance, book venues and provide on-site event coordination.
- Perform general HR administrative duties and ad-hoc projects to support the People team.
Qualifications
- Demonstrates a strong ownership mindset and fast learning capability.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- Basic skills in data entry, simple data analysis and visualisation.
- Prior retail or HR internship experience is advantageous.
- Available to work on-site in Shanghai (Jing'an district).

Entry-level internship. No extensive professional experience required; previous retail or HR internship exposure is a plus.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
