Tiffany & Co. HR Intern (6-month internship), Paris, France — Support HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement in a luxury watches and jewelry environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment autonomously, including job posting, CV screening, telephone pre-qualifications, and participation in interviews
- Prepare new employee arrival and facilitate integration within the organization
- Support personnel administration including hiring documentation, offer letters, and international mobility programs
- Prepare HR newsletters and internal communications
- Participate in developing and organizing internal engagement activities, division events, and preparation of organizational documentation
- Contribute to various HR projects, including HR file digitalization initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school or HR program
- Fluent oral and written French; proficient in English
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage projects autonomously
- Strong organizational skills
- Proactive mindset with curiosity and initiative
- Analytical and synthesizing capabilities
