Tiffany & Co. seeks an HR Intern in London (6-month graduate internship) to support UK, Ireland & Nordics HR operations across talent, ER and HRIS.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities: screen CVs, schedule interviews, manage offer letters and support onboarding.
- Support talent development initiatives by organising training, events and employee learning programmes.
- Provide operational support on employee relations matters, including note-taking at disciplinary meetings and assisting investigations.
- Contribute to people and culture projects, participating in conception, delivery and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage HR inbox and internal communications such as newsletters and announcements.
- Administer joiner and leaver processes: draft contracts and amendment letters, produce references and maintain HRIS records.
- Maintain probation logs and monitor follow-ups with hiring managers; escalate issues to the HR Manager.
- Administer absence and leave processes (family leave, carers' leave) and coordinate employee benefits administration.
- Support monthly payroll by preparing and submitting required documents and data.
- Perform generalist HR administrative tasks including contract audits, filing and invoice management.
Qualifications
- Right to work in the United Kingdom (required).
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with HR policies and procedures and ability to apply them appropriately.
- Accuracy in handling employee data, with experience using Oracle preferred.
- Discretion and integrity when managing confidential information.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience
Entry-level: suitable for recent graduates or candidates at the start of their HR career; prior internship or exposure to HR processes advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline, or current enrolment in a relevant graduate programme.
