Tiffany & Co. seeks an HR Coordinator for a 12-month contract role in Sydney, Australia, supporting recruitment, compliance, and HR administration across ANZ markets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment administration, including phone screens, interview coordination, scheduling interviews, supporting recruitment events, contract drafting, offer management and onboarding
  • Provide accurate and timely general administrative HR support to the HR team, management, and employees
  • Manage the HR general enquiries inbox, ensuring timely and professional responses
  • Maintain employee records in the HRIS system with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture activities
  • Execute and promote compliance of all organizational policies and procedures, including coordinating WHS (Workplace Health and Safety) management processes
  • Manage Workers Compensation administration and related documentation

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years' full-time Human Resources administration or coordination experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and data reporting; prior experience with Oracle HCM is preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated expertise with SharePoint and collaborative business tools
  • Strong customer-service orientation with ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
