Tiffany & Co. seeks an HR Business Partner in Manila, Philippines to lead HR for retail operations, talent, compensation and employee relations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary HR advisor to the Retail Director and local leadership, translating business objectives into HR strategy and operational priorities.
  • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition for the market, including sourcing, interviewing, offers, onboarding and campus or retail hiring initiatives.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration and collaborate with the Regional HR Director to benchmark and recommend market-competitive programs.
  • Drive performance and talent management activities: facilitate regular performance conversations, succession planning and development interventions.
  • Deliver core HR services with excellence — payroll coordination, HR reporting and analytics, employee records, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor law and company policies; prepare required government filings and respond to regulatory inquiries.
  • Provide consistent, fair resolution of employee relations matters, partnering with management to investigate concerns and implement remedial actions.
  • Identify learning needs and partner with L&D to design and deploy training for retail teams; promote Tiffany values across all employee touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of progressive HR experience, preferably within retail or luxury goods operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline; HR professional certification is an advantage.
  • Proven knowledge of Philippine labor legislation, statutory requirements and local HR compliance practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner credibly with senior stakeholders and influence cross-functional business decisions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, discretion handling confidential matters, and a values-driven approach to employee relations.

Experience

Minimum five years of HR experience, with proven exposure to multi-site retail operations or luxury retail environments and responsibility for full employee life-cycle management.
