Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to leadership across The Landmark, aligning people strategies with commercial priorities and client experience objectives.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness through workforce planning, succession planning, and talent reviews to strengthen bench strength and mobility.
  • Lead employee relations matters in partnership with Employee Relations, including investigations, performance management, and risk mitigation.
  • Coach and develop leaders on performance conversations, change management, inclusive leadership, and team effectiveness.
  • Champion employee experience initiatives—communication, recognition, engagement and inclusion—to foster a people-first culture.
  • Use people analytics and workforce insights to inform strategic decision-making and operational planning.
  • Support onboarding, hiring strategies and employer branding in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards.
  • Embed DEIB principles into talent, development and business practices and support related programming across the business.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience; experience in luxury retail or hospitality strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience supporting fast‑paced, multi‑functional or high‑volume retail operations, preferably flagship locations.
  • Demonstrated capability in employee relations, performance management, workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
  • Exceptional coaching, influencing and relationship‑building skills with leaders at all organizational levels.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategy to commercial outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; HR certification and/or advanced degree preferred.
