Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee HR functions and partner with business leaders to deliver high-quality HR support.
- Manage recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Identify training needs and support talent development initiatives.
- Champion diversity and inclusion strategies.
- Develop and deliver core HR services, including payroll and employee benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support employee relations and build trusted relationships across teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner or generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and Malaysian employment law.
- Experience supporting managers and employees across multiple functions or markets.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
