HR Advisor (12-month FTC) at Tiffany & Co. in London, UK. Support HR operations across retail and corporate teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively drive employee engagement calendar and initiatives, coordinating training sessions, development programmes, and learning initiatives in partnership with the Learning Team
- Support managers in defining development plans and identifying growth opportunities for team members, contributing to employee engagement initiatives including survey coordination and analysis
- Draft contracts, amendment letters, and references with accuracy and timeliness, coordinating seamless onboarding activities for new hires
- Support proactive talent sourcing through professional networks and market research
- Provide first-line guidance to managers on Employee Relations processes, policies, and best practice, escalating complex matters appropriately
- Conduct regular HR store visits across UKI to maintain strong relationships with Store Managers
- Support Employee Relations casework through accurate documentation and compliance with local legislation
- Maintain awareness of employment legislation changes and support communication of updates across the business
- Manage HRIS updates for joiners, leavers, probation tracking, and employee changes
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and benefits administration with the Payroll & Benefits Partner
- Handle general HR enquiries with timely, accurate, and employee-focused responses
- Contribute to people, culture, and leadership projects, supporting planning, coordination, and delivery
- Assist with data analysis, reporting, and insights to support decision-making and identify trends
- Support DEIB and CSR initiatives aligned with cluster and EMEA priorities
Qualifications
- Strong HR advisory experience with demonstrated accountability for a dedicated client group in a fast-paced environment
- Solid working knowledge of UK employment legislation
- Proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving
- Hands-on experience within a retail or consumer-facing setting
- Commercial awareness and data literacy
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills
- High integrity with proven project management capabilities
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of HR advisory experience, ideally within a retail or consumer-facing environment, with direct accountability for client groups and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Education
