Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Strategic Sourcing team in negotiating and managing product costs.
- Source and manage High Jewelry suppliers to meet capacity and margin requirements.
- Provide input and analysis for the development and onboarding of jewelry manufacturers.
- Conduct Make vs. Buy supplier selection based on supplier capabilities and performance history.
- Negotiate and manage product costs throughout the development and lifecycle for domestic suppliers.
- Collaborate with team members to identify cost reduction and process improvement opportunities.
- Manage supplier relationships and coordinate with cross-functional teams on quality, payment, and logistical topics.
- Maintain a capability matrix and knowledge of the supplier base.
- Send RFIs/RFPs and support the onboarding of new suppliers.
- Conduct savings and cost avoidance analysis to achieve annual savings goals.
- Develop and maintain supplier scorecards.
- Analyze supplier business spend and provide recommendations to support business goals.
- Share consolidated summaries of new product costs with the Merchandising team.
- Perform supplier risk monitoring.
- Support metal and diamond traceability initiatives with Responsible Sourcing and Sustainability teams.
- Plan and conduct sourcing projects by engaging stakeholders and cross-functional resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in category management or strategic sourcing initiatives
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and Access
- Strong organizational, verbal communication, writing, and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
- Project management experience

Compensation
The hiring range for this position is $77,010.00 - $90,600.00, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
