Role & Responsibilities
- Lead tactical business performance development for high jewelry across the flagship location and establish a community of experts capable of supporting high-value jewelry sales
- Develop and execute effective outreach strategies with store leaders targeting high-net-worth clients
- Partner with merchandising and cluster/zone teams to align high jewelry assortment with client needs and market expectations
- Serve as key ambassador and relationship builder for top-tier high jewelry clients through participation in exclusive in-store appointments and international jewelry events
- Initiate and lead the creation of a High Jewelry Experts community, identifying and selecting internal and external candidates with strong gemological knowledge and storytelling ability
- Create structured training plans with clear timelines and performance expectations for the expert community
- Drive continuous engagement of the expert community through exposure, learning opportunities, and industry insight updates
- Lead the Private Client Community through strategic animation, development, and engagement; serve as primary resource and point of contact
- Provide structured coaching, one-to-one strategy sessions, and exclusive enrichment opportunities to uphold accountability to sales performance
- Monitor and manage high jewelry business performance metrics; develop tools and methodologies to support community development
Qualifications
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in luxury watches and jewelry industry management or similar high-jewelry roles
- Proven experience in client relations or client-facing roles at executive level
- Gemology qualification or equivalent professional certification in jewelry expertise
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage budgets and financial performance
- Proven people management and team development experience
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability
Skills
Experience
Minimum 10 years in luxury jewelry or watch industry roles, with substantial experience in client relations and high-value sales environments.
Education
Gemology qualification or equivalent professional certification required; additional qualifications in luxury retail management or business development preferred.
