Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic development and commercial growth of the High Jewelry assortment at South Coast Plaza, collaborating with store leadership and merchandising to maximise sales and client retention.
  • Design and implement client engagement strategies for high‑net‑worth clients, partnering with Client Relations and sales teams to elevate the High Jewelry customer journey.
  • Provide subject-matter expertise during High Jewelry client appointments, delivering bespoke product presentations and storytelling that highlight craftsmanship, gems and provenance.
  • Develop, launch and sustain a community of High Jewelry experts through structured training programmes, timelines and ongoing learning initiatives to raise product knowledge across client-facing teams.
  • Advise on product positioning and assortment needs by liaising with Merchandising and High Jewelry teams, and support local initiatives including budget management and event activations.

Qualifications

  • Extensive High Jewelry experience; 8 years in High Jewelry is preferred.
  • Gemology qualification required (Graduate Gemologist, GG, preferred).
  • Proven track record in client-facing roles within the luxury watch & jewelry sector.
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to craft persuasive product narratives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and support local business initiatives.
