Tiffany & Co. hiring High Jewelry Jeweler in Pelham, NY. Temporary role fabricating fine jewelry in gold and platinum. $35–$46/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the physical construction of new and repeatable high jewelry products according to project delivery timelines
- Perform cast cleaning, assembly, and repair of platinum and gold jewelry of all complexity levels with diamonds and precious stones
- Handle all diamonds and precious stones with care, ensuring protection from damage at all times
- Follow Tiffany and Company prescribed routing steps and standard completion times to optimize efficiency
- Communicate project status, issues, and concerns to management; identify and escalate potential timeline barriers
- Verify accuracy of work orders including tracking location, high-value components, and applicable codes
- Comply with all security operating procedures and responsible material handling protocols
- Put away all materials and work orders before exiting the facility
Qualifications
- Bench experience in high-end jewelry manufacturing
- Knowledge of complex and intricate jewelry construction and polishing
- Understanding of precious metal properties
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
- Clear communication skills; ability to interact effectively with colleagues at multiple staff levels
- Ability to work overtime as required to support business needs
- High School Diploma or equivalent
