Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end commercial management of the High Jewelry category, including assortment range planning, pricing execution, and product lifecycle oversight.
- Define and maintain in-store and event-based assortments that meet sales, productivity and brand strategy objectives; conduct assortment reviews by collection, classification and price point.
- Develop and maintain detailed SKU- and stone-level pricing models (carat, color, clarity, stone type) and lead regular pricing reviews and formal price-change processes.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly lifecycle and aging inventory analysis; design and execute strategies for overstock and obsolescence management.
- Support new product development by translating creative concepts into SKU-level assortments, maintaining development tools (image grids, design charts, stone files) and ensuring launch readiness.
- Act as the central commercial liaison across Design, Product Development, Diamond & Gemstone Acquisition, Finance, Commercial, Marketing and PR to ensure alignment on assortment, pricing and event positioning.
- Lead, coach and develop direct reports; set priorities, ensure high standards of accuracy and drive adoption of systems, processes and best practices.
- Prepare presentation materials — trend reports, competitive analysis and assortment reviews — for leadership and global commercial stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years’ experience in merchandising, category management, or analytical commercial roles, preferably within luxury, jewelry, or other high-value/complex product categories.
- Demonstrable ability to design and interpret detailed pricing models and to translate analysis into commercial recommendations.
- High attention to detail and fluency in the creative-to-commercial process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proven people management capability with experience coaching and developing team members and running performance evaluations.

Experience
Minimum 5 years in merchandising, category management or analytical commercial roles; experience within luxury jewelry or managing high-value, complex product assortments is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Finance, or a related discipline preferred (or equivalent professional experience).

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 122,485 to USD 150,000 per annum.
