Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily setup and breakdown of high jewelry product in caselines with precision and adherence to brand standards
- Conduct daily walkthroughs of Masterpieces and World of Tiffany floors to ensure product presentation and case standards are maintained at the highest level
- Partner with the Creative Visual Merchandising team to support and execute elevated product displays reflecting brand standards and storytelling
- Maintain visual excellence across all high jewelry presentation areas, ensuring displays are polished, accurate, and aligned with current priorities
- Support display updates, product rotations, and visual changes in partnership with merchandising and visual teams
- Replenish packaging and presentation materials on the Masterpieces floor to ensure readiness and consistency for client engagement
- Support client appointments by assisting with product preparation, presentation, and retrieval for a seamless high jewelry experience
- Partner with Operations and Merchandising teams to support product movement, transfers, and overall product flow
- Collaborate across teams to ensure high jewelry product is placed, presented, and tracked accurately
- Serve as a reliable partner in the execution of merchandising priorities, floor changes, and product-related initiatives
- Support high jewelry activations and initiatives through product readiness, display execution, and coordination with key internal partners
- Partner with the Arts & Culture team on client experiences where product presentation and storytelling are key components
- Build and maintain working knowledge of Cegid, including basic point-of-sale functions relevant to the role
- Create PDFs and invoices for high jewelry product accurately and in a timely manner
- Support the team with day-to-day operational tasks tied to product handling, presentation, and internal coordination
- Post high jewelry product in team communications regularly to inspire, educate, and motivate the team
- Use thoughtful product storytelling to highlight craftsmanship, design details, collection context, and selling moments
- Contribute to a strong high jewelry culture by keeping the team connected to product knowledge and excitement around the business
- Act as a product ambassador internally by reinforcing the importance of presentation, storytelling, and attention to detail

Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail, visual merchandising, or product support within a high-end jewelry or luxury goods environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or coursework in visual merchandising, art history, or luxury retail is preferred.
