Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Team Manager, Private Client, by coordinating and executing client appointments and all related communications with meticulous discretion.
- Process high‑value transactions accurately and confidentially, liaising with Operations leaders to ensure compliance and secure handling.
- Manage aftersales care and special order requests tailored to High Jewelry clients, ensuring timely follow‑through.
- Create and maintain digital High Jewelry client portfolios and detailed records within Brilliance and Salesforce.
- Coordinate with store network and operations teams to secure, prepare and present High Jewelry merchandise for viewings and transactions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming client requests directed to the Private Client team, prioritizing and resolving them promptly.
- Own logistics for delivery and shipment of High Jewelry pieces, ensuring secure, timely arrivals and chain‑of‑custody controls.
- Act as a High Jewelry ambassador on the Masterpieces Floor as required and support client gifting and exclusive event follow‑ups.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years proven retail experience within luxury Watches & Fine Jewelry; minimum 2 years required with 3 years preferred.
- Demonstrated aptitude for luxury client service, discretion and handling of high‑value transactions.
- Fluent English (written and verbal); bilingual or multilingual capabilities strongly preferred.
- Flexible availability with willingness to work overtime to meet client and business needs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.

Minimum 2–3 years of proven retail experience in luxury Watches & Fine Jewelry; 3 years preferred for optimal fit with Private Client responsibilities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, hospitality or a related field preferred.
