Tiffany & Co. hiring Head of Learning MEA in United Arab Emirates. Lead retail learning strategy and talent development for luxury watches and jewellery brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the market retail learning strategy aligned to business priorities and growth objectives
- Deliver and adapt retail learning programmes that build product expertise, selling excellence, clienteling capability, and leadership effectiveness
- Partner with store leaders to embed learning, coaching, and behavioural change into everyday practices
- Champion a culture of continuous learning through impactful coaching and leadership development initiatives
- Measure programme effectiveness through KPIs, reporting, and business performance insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and external providers to deliver innovative and effective learning solutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years' experience in Retail Learning, Talent Development, Training, Facilitation, or Performance Consulting
- Proven experience developing learning strategies that drive business performance
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and presentation capabilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Fluent in English and the local market language
- Luxury retail experience strongly preferred; jewellery experience is an advantage

Minimum 8 years in Retail Learning, Talent Development, Training, Facilitation, or Performance Consulting, with proven track record of developing learning strategies that drive business performance in luxury retail environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
