Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the development of global marketing initiatives from concept to execution, including go-to-market planning for new product introductions and brand heritage projects.
  • Drive the Global Marketing team's initiatives, maintaining the master marketing content calendar and ensuring alignment across work streams.
  • Independently manage research initiatives, including competitive analyses and market assessments, to support strategic projects.
  • Serve as the Single Point of Contact for regional partners and cross-functional projects, managing timelines and resolving complex issues.
  • Prepare presentations and materials for senior management and internal communications with regional marketing leaders.
  • Conduct complex business analyses, synthesizing insights from various channels to measure initiative success and inform strategic planning.
  • Develop and manage cross-functional relationships to ensure excellence in execution and timely delivery of marketing assets.
  • Provide ongoing support and communication on initiative asset kits, collaborating with project management and creative teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3+ years of related work experience.
  • Deep understanding of luxury brand identity, heritage, and positioning.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in business writing and public speaking.
  • Results-driven mentality with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Cultural awareness and flexibility to work with international time zones.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Experience

The hiring range for this position is $77,010 - $104,190, depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
