Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development of global marketing initiatives from concept to execution, including go-to-market planning for new product introductions and brand heritage projects.
- Drive the Global Marketing team's initiatives, maintaining the master marketing content calendar and ensuring alignment across work streams.
- Independently manage research initiatives, including competitive analyses and market assessments, to support strategic projects.
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact for regional partners and cross-functional projects, managing timelines and resolving complex issues.
- Prepare presentations and materials for senior management and internal communications with regional marketing leaders.
- Conduct complex business analyses, synthesizing insights from various channels to measure initiative success and inform strategic planning.
- Develop and manage cross-functional relationships to ensure excellence in execution and timely delivery of marketing assets.
- Provide ongoing support and communication on initiative asset kits, collaborating with project management and creative teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3+ years of related work experience.
- Deep understanding of luxury brand identity, heritage, and positioning.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in business writing and public speaking.
- Results-driven mentality with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Cultural awareness and flexibility to work with international time zones.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably within the luxury sector.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree required.
