Role & Responsibilities

  • Consolidate and analyze global High Jewelry sales performance on daily, weekly, and monthly bases, preparing executive reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management
  • Monitor key business KPIs including sales, conversion, client acquisition, event productivity, and forecast accuracy while identifying business opportunities, risks, and trends across regions
  • Coordinate monthly and quarterly sales forecasting exercises with regional markets and provide visibility on forecast gaps and opportunities
  • Maintain and monitor the global High Jewelry sales pipeline, tracking committed sales, event opportunities, custom design projects, and future business opportunities while updating product status on the High Jewelry App
  • Monitor High Jewelry event performance against sales objectives, coordinate event sales reporting and post-event analysis, and partner with regional teams on accurate tracking of commitments
  • Support client development initiatives in partnership with Client Relations, analyzing client performance, recruitment, retention, and engagement metrics
  • Partner closely with Merchandising, Client Relations, Finance, and Regional teams to ensure alignment between commercial priorities and communication of key business initiatives
  • Participate in special projects related to business development, reporting enhancements, data transformation, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales tools and processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management capabilities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • French or European Union citizen aged 18–28 (cannot be a U.S. citizen)
  • Available to work full-time in New York, NY for the entire 18-month program duration
  • In good standing with regard to national service obligations of your country
  • Available to start on January 4, 2027
