Tiffany & Co. seeks experienced Global Advertising Operations Specialist in New York for temporary 6–9 month engagement managing print and digital ad production.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop macro-level strategic perspectives on campaign execution, identifying downstream requirements, timing considerations, and operational risks in advance of critical deadlines
- Track asset delivery from creative and content production teams, securing high-resolution artwork and final media files while managing deadline extensions with vendors and publications
- Maintain micro and macro-level understanding of all major campaigns, dependencies, and milestones to proactively identify risks and resolve issues before they impact execution
- Manage daily media asset fulfillment requests from all global markets for out-of-home, digital, magazine, and newspaper advertising channels
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regional teams on project matters, providing guidance on campaign asset requests, timelines, and feasibility
- Intake, review, and process media plan fulfillment requests into internal software systems (MOM), managing studio pipeline documentation and initiating production jobs
- Route advertising assets and deliverables for reviews, revisions, approvals, and releases between internal teams and external vendors
- Ensure final digital delivery of completed assets to regional teams, external vendors, and trafficking agencies
- Oversee magazine and newspaper production workflows, managing vendor relationships and coordinating timely delivery of art, templates, guidelines, and master files
- Manage newspaper color correction tracking, planning production timelines, and ensuring artwork is ready on schedule
- Oversee custom out-of-home and hoarding initiatives, coordinating with creative teams, regional markets, and external vendors from concept through installation
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication via email, Teams, and in-person meetings to maintain project momentum and resolve production issues
- Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships across production studios, brand management, creative, and retouching teams
- Continuously evaluate and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve accuracy
Qualifications
- 4+ years of project management experience in an advertising agency or in-house marketing department
- Demonstrated expertise managing end-to-end production and global deployment of print, out-of-home, and digital advertising campaigns
- Working knowledge of print production processes, materials, color management (CMYK and spot colors), and file preparation across printing methods
- Exceptional organizational skills with acute attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to liaise across creative, marketing, and store planning teams
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in fast-paced, high-pressure international environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

4+ years of project management experience within an advertising agency or in-house marketing department managing print, out-of-home, and digital advertising production. Proven track record of successful end-to-end campaign deployment across global markets with expertise in managing tight deadlines and complex interdepartmental workflows.
