Tiffany & Co. seeks an FP&A Analyst in Dubai to support retail financial planning, forecasting and P&L analysis.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare weekly and monthly analyses of retail performance in partnership with Retail leadership to inform decision‑making.
  • Support the development and consolidation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with market priorities.
  • Conduct monthly P&L reviews, identify variances versus budget, and highlight risks and opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Partner with HR to analyse payroll and related labour costs and explain variances to budget.
  • Prepare and monitor accruals, ensuring accounting accuracy and adherence to budget.
  • Extract, track and analyse key cost drivers across the business and maintain cost transparency.
  • Develop and maintain the marketing cost tracker in coordination with cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Coordinate monthly sales target setting across regions and calculate retail commission schemes accurately and on time.
  • Support CapEx tracking with Store Planning and conduct regular store visits to verify financial compliance and operational alignment.
  • Assist the Finance Director on ad hoc projects and drive continuous improvement of finance policies, procedures and controls.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a closely related discipline (required).
  • 3–5 years of post‑qualification experience, ideally within retail and/or luxury environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong competence with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • High level of attention to detail, strong analytical capability and excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional partners.
  • Demonstrated track record of process improvement or automation initiatives.

Experience
