Tiffany & Co. Field Coach Trainer role in Munich, Germany. Lead retail excellence and coaching initiatives across Northern Europe stores.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate daily client interactions on the sales floor, providing constructive feedback aligned with Tiffany knowledge standards, client experience benchmarks, and selling best practices
- Ensure brand behaviors and presentation standards are consistently demonstrated across store operations, including grooming, etiquette, and visual merchandising compliance
- Partner with store leadership to identify performance opportunities through sales dashboards, NPS scores, and direct observation
- Develop and implement customized store learning and coaching plans with individual performance targets
- Monitor sales team performance against targets and provide targeted coaching solutions, including advanced training, materials review, and performance gap closure strategies
- Establish regular check-in schedules with store and retail performance teams to track coaching progress and address emerging opportunities
- Maintain detailed coaching records and update employee training files within the Learning Management System
- Lead by example in fostering a coaching and feedback culture, developing store and team managers' leadership capabilities
- Partner with store leadership to structure, schedule, and facilitate regional training sessions, peer mentorship programs, and employee development experiences
- Organize and facilitate comprehensive onboarding and induction programs for new hires in collaboration with regional subject matter experts
- Prepare monthly training calendars aligned with business objectives, mapping learning solutions such as daily huddles and in-store sessions
- Ensure full execution of the retail training strategy across designated stores, including preparation, facilitation, follow-up, and coaching activities
- Monitor the quality and impact of all in-store training initiatives through active sales floor presence and partnership with store management
- Support regional client satisfaction and sales objectives by ensuring applied learning and brand desirability execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of training and development experience in luxury brand or luxury service environments
- Demonstrated retail leadership experience
- Proven track record of implementing effective coaching methodologies
- Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to empower team members and hold self and others accountable
- Capacity to instill confidence and build belief in team capabilities
- Commitment to fostering a learning-oriented environment and mindset
- Willingness to embrace challenges and encourage organizational growth

Experience
Minimum 5 years of training and development experience within luxury brands or luxury service sectors, combined with demonstrated retail leadership background and a proven ability to implement effective coaching approaches across diverse team environments.
