Tiffany & Co. Field Coach Trainer role in Istanbul, Turkey – drive retail excellence through coaching, talent development, and strategic partnerships.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Partner with Retail Leadership to translate business priorities into impactful learning and coaching strategies
  • Support stores in achieving sales objectives through targeted coaching interventions focused on luxury selling behaviours
  • Elevate the Tiffany Client Experience by reinforcing service excellence and embedding learning as a daily practice
  • Spend at least 80% of time in stores providing on-the-floor coaching that transforms knowledge into performance
  • Observe, inspire and develop Client Advisors through personalized coaching plans and targeted development interventions
  • Empower Store Leaders to become effective people developers and multipliers of learning across their teams
  • Create proactive and trusted partnerships with Retail Learning Managers, Store Managers and Retail Leaders
  • Co-design coaching priorities aligned with business needs and talent development goals
  • Contribute to the Quarterly Retail Learning roadmap and monthly learning calendars
  • Inspire teams to live and breathe the Tiffany & Co. values and standards
  • Recognize and celebrate achievements that reinforce a culture of excellence and continuous development

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of training and development experience in a luxury brand or luxury service industry
  • Proven retail leadership experience
  • Demonstrated track record with an effective coaching approach
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to empower teams and hold self and others accountable
  • Capacity to foster a learning environment and growth mindset
  • Confident in taking initiative and identifying the appropriate course of action
  • Ability to interact with all levels of employees and diverse teams
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends
  • Willingness to travel as needed
