Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Store Leaders and retail teams to identify business priorities and areas requiring development, using KPIs, customer feedback, store observations, and performance metrics as diagnostic tools
- Analyze coaching needs across assigned stores and develop tailored capability development plans for Client Advisors and Store Leaders
- Conduct on-floor 1:1 coaching and deliver immediate, meaningful feedback to strengthen customer experience, relationship-building, sales execution, and leadership capabilities
- Design and deliver field-based learning activities including micro-learning sessions and role-play scenarios to ensure Tiffany & Co. training programs translate to real-world sales performance
- Support the onboarding journey of new Client Advisors (pre-hire, during, and post-hire) to accelerate their adaptation to Tiffany & Co. culture, customer experience standards, and sales methodologies
- Facilitate digital learning platform adoption and support application of learning content to daily operations
- Share best practices, field insights, and success stories across assigned stores to build consistent learning levels and professional standards
- Support the delivery of group training programs and learning initiatives as driven by business priorities
- Establish a coaching culture of continuous learning and feedback; recognize member growth and positive behavioral changes to maximize potential
- Deliver new product launches, customer events, and seasonal campaigns with field coaching support to ensure successful execution
- Champion new learning approaches and ideas to enhance individual and team capability
- Serve as a Tiffany & Co. brand ambassador, embodying the company's values and professional excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in luxury retail
- Proven track record in sales performance improvement, customer relationship building, loyalty enhancement, team leadership, and results-oriented coaching
- Outstanding communication, collaboration, and influencing capabilities to effectively coach and develop Client Advisors and Store Leaders
- Demonstrated ability to analyze performance and behavioral improvement opportunities based on KPIs, customer feedback, and field observations
