Tiffany & Co. Field Coach position in Bangkok, Thailand. Lead retail coaching and training initiatives to develop brand ambassadors and drive client experience excellence across luxury jewelry retail stores.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Observe and monitor daily client interactions on the sales floor, providing constructive feedback evaluated against Tiffany standards, client experience benchmarks, and selling skills best practices
  • Align with retail goals to implement and drive elevation in client experience across assigned markets
  • Ensure brand behaviors are demonstrated on sales floors as company standard, including grooming, image, etiquette, and store presentation standards
  • Partner with store leaders to identify market and store opportunities through observation, sales dashboards, and NPS data
  • Create and execute coaching plans for market and store, updating coaching logs to provide visibility on progression and time invested
  • Monitor and coach sales teams on client experience behavior, offering short- and long-term solutions to close performance gaps through coaching, training classes, and review of training materials
  • Establish frequent check-in schedules with store leadership, market retail performance teams, and learning teams on coaching conversations and progress
  • Update training records for employees in Tiffany Oracle Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Lead by example and help establish a culture of coaching and feedback, working directly with Store and Team Managers
  • Provide feedback to store leaders upon observation of Leadership Rituals (Daily T, Leader on the floor, 1-to-1 conversations)
  • Partner with store leadership on structuring, scheduling, and participating in motivational learning moments, including regional training sessions and peer mentorship programs
  • Facilitate trainings for designated markets designed to support business objectives in partnership with Regional and Local Retail Learning Managers
  • Organize and facilitate inspiring on-boarding and induction experiences for new hires, ensuring enhanced learning experiences
  • Prepare monthly training calendars in partnership with store management, mapping learning solutions based on business objectives
  • Observe quality of in-store training via follow-up and maintain active sales floor presence to assess impact of learning initiatives

Qualifications

  • Expert knowledge in retail leadership and people development
  • Demonstrated ability to identify performance gaps and apply coaching and learning methodologies effectively
  • Proven track record with progressive coaching approaches
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interact strategically with broad range of stakeholders
  • Exemplary role model with leadership presence
  • GIA Certification (preferred)
  • Jewelry industry experience (preferred)
  • Oracle Learning Management System (LMS) proficiency (preferred)

Experience

Minimum 5 years of progressive retail leadership, training, and development experience. Preferred: 3+ years of retail field coaching, training and development, or facilitation experience within luxury brands or service industries.

Education

Secondary education required; tertiary education or specialized training in retail management, coaching, or human resources development preferred.
