Tiffany & Co. seeks an Executive Assistant in Seoul to support the President‑Korea with diary, travel, translation and executive administration.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the President — Korea, including calendar and diary management with prioritisation in consultation with the President.
- Organise and coordinate meetings, workshops, teleconferences and executive-level briefings; prepare agendas and follow-up actions.
- Manage domestic and international travel arrangements and accommodation, and liaise with travel agencies and hotels to negotiate corporate rates and services.
- Prepare internal and external expense claims, vouchers and related documentation for the President and office.
- Deliver interpretation and translation services for executive communications and documents as required.
- Draft and format presentations, customer letters and executive documents; ensure high standards of copy, layout and confidentiality.
- Act as liaison with the senior management team to schedule the President’s time and coordinate executive communications.
- Supervise the Admin Consultant, oversee office environment and cleaning management, and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate visitor logistics, including invitation letters, accommodation, transportation and on-site support.
- Handle general office administration: external calls, postal and courier matters, business card orders and stationery settlements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Minimum three years’ experience as an Executive Assistant (experience in a foreign company preferred).
- Fluent verbal and written English.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with a strong sense of confidentiality and discretion.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and apply logical, objective decision-making under pressure.

At least 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or Executive Secretary, preferably within a multinational or foreign-owned company supporting C‑level executives.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or above
