Tiffany & Co. Events Coordinator in Milan—lead retail events, client activations, and high-jewelry experiences with strong project management expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Guide development and execution of creative in-store and virtual animations during festive moments, product launches, and high-jewelry events
- Manage all phases of events from ideation and presentation through on-site execution and post-event analysis
- Coordinate with corporate partners to ensure brand consistency while supporting regional customization
- Collaborate with Client Experience team and key stakeholders on in-store and virtual client activations
- Partner with production companies, agencies, and vendors to support and execute client action strategy
- Liaise with store contacts to ensure seamless event logistics and execution
- Lead coordination of event logistics including invitations, guest lists, RSVPs, travel arrangements, and gift procurement
- Develop and communicate event briefs to Retail teams
- Source and evaluate new vendors aligned with Tiffany's aesthetic standards
- Maintain vendor relationships and oversee quotes, communication, walkthroughs, production, and execution
- Manage event agendas, recaps, and master calendars
- Analyze budgets and collaborate with Finance team on clear reporting and cost tracking
Qualifications
- Degree or Master's degree in Marketing and Events or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in retail or hospitality event management
- Proven experience as a Project Manager
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in report development
- Problem-solving orientation and proactive mindset
- Fluent in Italian and English; third language advantageous

Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in retail or hospitality event management, with documented project management experience demonstrating the ability to oversee complex activations from conception through delivery.
Education
Degree or Master's degree in Marketing, Events Management, or related discipline.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 34,000 per annum.
