Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end operations for in‑store activations and client events, including hands‑on execution and live retail delivery.
  • Maintain daily project trackers, monitor costs and update stakeholders to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders and external suppliers to guarantee seamless event logistics and on-site execution.
  • Prepare clear, concept‑driven and visually refined PowerPoint presentations and succinct operational reports.
  • Partner with Finance to complete internal reporting and financial processes related to events and activations.

Qualifications

  • Degree or Master's in Marketing, Events, Communications or a related field.
  • Extremely organized, proactive, detail‑oriented and resilient with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high‑volume, live retail environment.
  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality or events is advantageous.
  • Fluent in Italian and English; Spanish or Turkish is a plus.
